The story explained

Equinor announced the Grimsnes oil and gas discovery on 14 October. Preliminary recoverable volumes are 19–50 million barrels of oil equivalent, about 15 kilometres southwest of Oseberg Sør.

Partners plan a tieback through existing subsea infrastructure. A possible concept uses two or three wells in a standard four-slot template.

Subsea-equipment procurement is planned for early 2027, ahead of a possible investment decision as early as next summer. Production within three years is an objective; no valve supplier or contract value was announced.
