Neway ranks first for Siping green-methanol low-temperature valve package

China Wuhuan Engineering published preferred bidders on 30 October for low-temperature valves at the Jiyuan Siping 200,000-tonne/year green-methanol project. The package title specifies a temperature category below -46°C.

The procurement reference is 23116-MCM0106-PP and package reference 23116-MCM0106-PP/01. Suzhou Neway Valve ranks first, followed by Hubei Taihe Fluid Control Technology and Fangzheng Valve Group.

The consultation period runs from 30 October to 2 November. Bidders and other interested parties may lodge written objections through the platform during that period, with the purchaser required to respond within three days of receipt. The final award remains a separate step.

The notice provides no valve quantity, contract value, pressure class, material specification or exact minimum design temperature. The methanol plant’s annual capacity is not an equipment quantity, and first-ranked status does not represent an award for the whole project.
