Yulin tenders three-year gasification water-treatment service including dosing pumps and valves

Guoneng Yulin Chemical advertised a three-year service contract for gasification grey- and black-water treatment on November 3, under reference CEZB260109331. Work is located at its gasification and shift facilities in Qingshui Coal Chemical Industrial Park, Yulin, Shaanxi.

The process uses flashing and settling to recover heat and recycle grey water. The notice describes five slag-water trains, with three operating and two on standby. Black-water flow across the three operating trains totals 1,410 cubic metres per hour, while circulating grey water is stated at 1,200–1,400 cubic metres per hour.

The scope covers dispersants and flocculants, water and scale analysis, dosing selection and adjustment, abnormal-condition support and site management. It also includes pumps, rigid or flexible piping, valves, analysis instruments and any additional injection facilities needed to transfer and dose chemicals into existing tanks.

Relevant treatment and chemical-supply experience is required, and consortium bids are excluded. The notice does not identify equipment brands, a standalone pump-and-valve package price or a selected contractor.
