GEA previews AdaptAx tank cleaner with operating-condition-dependent savings
GEA's 15 October preview covers AdaptAx and Hydract for November's BrauBeviale; savings are conditional manufacturer calculations.

The story explained
GEA’s 15 October preview schedules the AdaptAx orbital tank cleaner for BrauBeviale in Nuremberg on 10–12 November. Modular nozzles allow application changes and maintenance uses standard tools.
A manufacturer model assumes fifty tanks cleaned weekly, with identical size, soil and cleaning-quality requirements. Reducing time from sixty to forty-five minutes and flow from 100 to 80 m³/h produces a calculated reduction from 100 to 60 m³ per cycle. Actual outcomes depend on operating conditions.
GEA also plans to show Hydract within VARIVENT: a closed water-hydraulic circuit supports continuous positioning and inline blending. This is a preview, not evidence of volume delivery or universal retrofit compatibility.
Why it matters
Cleaner, pump flow and valve control need evaluation as one CIP circuit, with validated cleaning effectiveness retained.
