Beijing Huaishi Hydrogen Technology issued a construction prequalification notice on 23 October for supporting works at a green electricity–hydrogen energy-system research facility. The estimated contract value is RMB450 million, with a planned duration of 560 calendar days.
The project occupies plot HR00-0213-6050 in Huairou Science City’s 0213 area. Total floor space is 48,581.45 square metres, comprising 39,740.89 above ground and 8,840.56 below ground. Funding is fully provided through local state-owned enterprise resources.
The works include foundations, structures, finishes, roofing, building water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical systems, intelligent-building systems and external works. The notice concerns supporting construction and does not list a separate electrolyser, hydrogen-storage or hydrogen-valve equipment package.
Prequalification documents are available from 09:00 on 24 October to 09:00 on 29 October 2026. Applications close at 09:00 on 3 November, all Beijing time. A Grade II or higher building-construction general-contractor qualification is required, and joint applications are excluded.
