Ningxia Coal names butterfly-valve bidders; Suyan leads at RMB 2.306 million

A November 4, 2026 notice on China Energy’s tender platform names the preferred bidders for butterfly valves for Ningxia Coal’s polyoxymethylene phase-two and MTP projects. The invitation-tender package is CEZB260408613001. The announcement records evaluation results rather than a signed supply contract.

Jiangsu Suyan Valve Machinery ranks first with a bid of RMB 2,306,268. Jinggong Valve Group ranks second at RMB 2,985,511. Both are listed as meeting the tender’s quality, delivery, qualification and experience requirements. These are total package bids, not unit valve prices.

Seven evaluators used the lowest-evaluated-price method. The candidate publicity period runs for three days from publication, during which bidders and other interested parties can raise objections through the platform’s specified process. A final award remains a separate procurement step.

The notice does not provide valve sizes, pressure classes, sealing arrangements, materials or quantities. It also provides no contract-signing or delivery confirmation. The first-place ranking therefore establishes preferred-bidder status only, with the final outcome requiring a subsequent award record.
