Pingzhuang tenders two-year framework for multistage-pump spares

Inner Mongolia Pingzhuang Coal announced tender CEZB260309364 on November 5, 2026 for wear-resistant multistage centrifugal-pump spares. Its materials-supply branch is the project unit. A single lot will form a two-year framework, settled against actual orders and ending when the agreed quantity, time or value limit is reached first.

The schedule lists 63 estimated requirements. Examples include 12 inlet sections and 12 outlet sections for MD155-30 pumps, 15 first-stage impellers for MD155-30×4 and 200 outlet guide vanes for MD155-30. MD280 and MD550 series parts are also included. Brands and models are reference information; supplied parts must meet the technical requirements. Estimated quantities are not guaranteed purchases.

Manufacturers need a valid coal-mine product safety-mark certificate for MD550-series wear-resistant multistage pumps. Agents must provide the manufacturer’s certificate and exclusive authorization for this tender. At least one qualifying supply or sales reference since August 2021, worth no less than RMB100,000, is required with supporting evidence. Consortium bids are excluded.

Document purchases close November 10 at 16:00, with bids and opening scheduled for November 25 at 16:00 Beijing time. Each call-off must arrive at the materials branch’s reserve centre within 60 working days of signing. Framework award and monthly purchase orders remain separate commercial steps.
