An announcement published on 22 October 2026 by China Energy’s tender platform identifies procurement CEZB260508905 at Xiaolongtan in Kaiyuan, Yunnan. The expansion comprises one 700 MW ultra-supercritical, single-reheat, wet-cooled coal-fired unit on land formerly occupied by demolished phase-one and phase-two units. It will also provide supplementary and backup industrial steam for the local chemical-industry park.
The single procurement package covers duct dampers and associated equipment, together with design, manufacture, inspection, installation guidance, testing support and site technical services. Delivery to the construction site is provisionally required by 20 December 2026, subject to the buyer’s final notice. Detailed technical scope is referenced to chapter five of the tender documents.
Documents are available from 09:00 on 22 October until 16:00 on 27 October; electronic bids close at 09:00 on 11 November, all Beijing time. Bidders need at least two domestic supply references, contracted since November 2021, for duct dampers on thermal generating units rated at least 600 MW. Joint ventures and agents are excluded.
